PowerHouse 100
The Ultra-Powerful Portable AC Charger
Colossal Cell Capacity
27,000mAh of charging power ensures over one complete charge for the 2020 MacBook Air and a significant battery boost for other laptops. Depending on battery size, most smartphones will get over 4 full charges with tablets also charging at least once.
Stable Power Supply
The built-in AC outlet uses a pure sine wave inverter to ensure the power output is just as good as what you get at home. Reduces audible and electrical noise in sensitive appliances.
Built-In Flashlight
Never be left in the dark again. Choose between full brightness, low brightness, and SOS lighting modes at the push of the button.
Ready to Recharge
Comes with a 45W wall charger and USB-C to USB-C cable so you have everything you need to recharge PowerHouse’s internal battery.
Air-Travel Friendly
Stay charged in the airport while waiting for your flight, and then store PowerHouse 100 in your carry on until you reach your destination.
Notes
PowerHouse 100 is not recommended for charging your CPAP.
When the power button is turned on, even if no devices are being charged, there will still be a certain amount of no-load power consumption. Therefore, it’s best to turn off the power button after use to avoid draining power.
27,000mAh is the total nominal rated capacity of the internal battery cells.
The maximum power output of the AC port is 100W.
If you use the AC port to charge devices greater than 100W, PowerHouse will automatically turn off.
When AC output is lower than 8W for more than 30 minutes, the AC function will be disabled automatically.
PowerHouse 100 can be taken on a flight if packed in your hand luggage. It is not allowed to carry portable chargers in checked baggage.

This is advertised as having a 97.2Wh capacity. I charged my laptop which has a total battery capacity 69Wh twice while the laptop was off and its batteries depleted to about 3-5% so the Powerhouse should easily be able to fully charge it and still have 40% or so of its capacity left. In reality, the Powerhouse just barely managed to charge the laptop to about 95% before it was completely depleted. That suggests the actual usable capacity is just around 62Wh, so only around 65% of the advertised capacity.

Seriously, this thing is like 3 small tablets stacked together. It''s big. I was expecting a bigger sized due to the inverter, but wow. But I suppose I wasn''t really intending for this to be a standard mobile power bank. I bought it for the inverter because I was recently without power for 2 hours and cleaning dishes by candlelight was annoying, considering I was guessing at everything. Now, I can turn a lamp on instead, power a heater for emergency winter heat, or even power my CPAP. Not quite what I was expecting, but the uses are amazing and well worth the size.

I have purchased Anker products before, mostly USB charging stations and some USB cables. No drama. They worked really well, sturdy, well priced.
I purchased a powerhouse 100 a couple of months ago for my portable ham radio set up. Plenty of power, a USB-C port, 2 USB-A outlets and an AC outlet, all in a very compact and streamlined package. After a few weeks, I noticed that the AC port was not working.
I contacted Anker customer support because the 30 day expiration at Amazon had expired. The customer service rep (Luana) had me do some basic diagnostics and then sent me a UPS label. I returned the unit without any of the original packaging and less than a week later I received a new unit. Easy peasy.
My new unit works great and I was very impressed with how my case was handled. I didn''t know much about Anker before purchasing this Powerhouse but the customer experience was excellent and I have confidence that they will stand behind their product with frictionless customer service. Luana even followed up with me to make sure that the replacement was working well.

I buy a lot of Anker products and have not being disappointed yet. However I haven’t used battery pack yet, charging it seem to take somewhere between 2-3 hours.
UPDATED REVIEW I own so many Anker products, i was hoping this would be one of them that i love, but unfortunately it has not lived up to the name. With a complete charge this cannot even charge an iPad Pro and an iPhone 12 Pro fully before the battery pack is completely drained.
I also own an Anker PowerCore 26800. and I have fully charged my iPad Pro and iPhone 12 Pro with it and still had about 25 percent charge. Maybe i have received a defective power bank, and i hope that''s the case, if not Anker have truly failed at this one. I did not use it immediately, so i am past the return deadline.

I got this product 4 months before the new laptop GPD WIN 3 was coming out so i saved it in the box till my laptop was released. i finally got my laptop a couple a days ago so i thought it would be a perfect moment to test out the ac mode on the portable battery. i played some games at a friends house and plugged in my ac charger to the battery and about 30 minutes of gaming my battery was dead and the charger was FREAKING HOT and so was my battery. The charger has never acted up ever i am playing it currently connected to the wall in docked mode. This battery got so hot i thought it might of damaged its self and almost damaged my charger so i go to look the AC hole and the plug string that holds it to the unit is scorched and burned i thought i was going to try it one more time but then i seen that and was immediately frustrated and wanted a different unit. i have boughten the normal usb charger but now i need one to power a 60w laptop so i got this battery. My unit is new and has no scratches because its been no where now i want to replace it with the PowerCore+ 26800 PD 45W. i will mail this back to the seller because this is BOLOGNA!!!!! hopefully i get a replacement.

It did not last long enough to charge my laptop. By the time I used it I felt like it would have been a hassle to return, find a box or the box, look up the return rules, package it, follow the return rules and await seeing it refunded to my account so it''s just an expensive addition to add to the disappointing heap of other electronics that were not as advertised. Also it takes at least 24 hours to charge it and as soon as you plug something into it one dot goes away then within 30 minutes it''s hot and dead. They also say they have 100%, one hundred percent, Positive feedback in the last 12 months. No doubt there will be some semantics to qualify this misleading statement. It says it charges a laptop. it doesn''t. It doesn''t charge itself as quickly as advertised, not eve close. Very upset, what a hassle to even take the time to complain then I got a message to contact them. What a pain in the neck to get some things online.

The unit arrived not charged in the least. The flashlight button had no tactile feel of ever stopping when depressed and never switched on/off. It was stuck depressed and I had to shimmy it out. After the unit was fully charged, I attempted to charge an iPhone and an appliance (3.4w) with the AC feature. Both times the unit turned off during the middle of charging and neither the phone or appliance became fully charged. Even after turning the Powerhouse 100 back on, it turned off prematurely again. The Powerhouse 100 was more than 1/2 way discharged after charging the iPhone and the appliance battery (almost fully charged BaoFeng battery). Not very impressed with the storage capacity. Concluded that the unit was defective. Disappointed with the results and broken flashlight feature, I returned the unit. I''ve purchased about a dozen Anker products in the past and this is the first of their products that I''ve had to return. Will update upon resolution.

When I saw there was a new Anker power bank that had a 120V plug with an even greater capacity, I had to have it. Some context: I have been using my Anker power banks to throw parties outdoors for some time now. My original Anker was enough to power a laptop, DJ controller, mixing board, and various little lights for 5+ hours. With this second battery, parties should have been able to last much longer. Now, for the sad reality. This battery and all its features are rendered useless by the pathetic capacity this bank actually has. While the original Anker (26 800 mAh) could power all those items for 5+ hours, this Anker (27 000 mAh) can barely power a Dell XPS 13 over USB-C PD with everything off and the monitor brightness near zero for an hour or two. If you need a power bank that actually holds a large capacity, avoid this. I am considering returning it.6 people found this helpfulReportDD4.0 out of 5 starsVerified Purchase$100 for an AC port vs other models but includes the charging adapter which is rare in other devicesReviewed in Canada on January 5, 2022

I got two full charges on an iphone 12 with screen @20% and GPS on with half dots still lit from a trip. I wouldn''t give it 4 stars if I didn''t think it was a solid Anker product. Used it to get some extra portability out of a switch and surface pro, and then just as a phone charger. Will eventually use it on a steam deck for trips/flights, so I will get my money''s worth. I think it would have lost more than 1 star because of the high price tag (didn''t get it at full price), but it comes with the 45W charger which was harder to find paired, compared with other cheap devices. Also felt better having two anker products. But if you are still hauling around a laptop from 2013, looking extend it''s longevity, you should invest in a new low power laptop and a cheaper 45W PD bank. Unless you can get it at a steep discount, you shouldn''t be buying it unless you cant live without an AC slot. What should be clearly stated to refute most of the 1 star ratings is that this battery pack likely uses standard 3.7V internal batteries with 27,000mAh capacity. So, the moment you use typical 5V and up adapters on it converting the voltage, you are increasingly draining this milliamp hour capacity. If they just stated the mAh for common devices I think there would be a lot less shock. But this listing doesn''t even state the product correctly in it''s description, so I guess the confusion is justifiable. Portability is on the lowest side, it fits into any bag but it''s like carrying around a 10lb weight plate.ReportAmazon Customer1.0 out of 5 starsVerified PurchaseDo not but not as advertisedReviewed in Canada on November 5, 2021
