I wrote to the company and asked how to tune the antenna. This is their response.

Okay, that response made no sense to me. Buyer beware.

UPDATE.... As of October 30, 2020. The antenna self destructed. The plastic holding the two elements came apart while driving. I thought I was going to make it home. I did, the antenna didn''t. the elements came apart and that was the end of this antenna. I would complain, but it was pretty much worthless. I just HATE blowing money like this.

Good luck to whoever buys one. ?This is just my story.

UPDATE. January 19, 2021. I bought a CA2X4SR a couple of months ago. I stuck it on the mount and BINGO, both bands are up and running at <1.5:1on bot 2 MTR and 70CM. All in all this is an average antenna compared with Nagoya dual band (2m/70cm) (the best) and Diamond Quad (very good).
