My concern and a concern for many new purchasers is the Tuya AP that is the WIFI AP that controls the vacuum. First you have to have a 2.4 G WIFI vs a 5 G WIFI or it will not connect. Fortunately my Modem can be changed to a 2.4. That was the first issue I had. I then spent the next 4 hours trying to get the AP to connect to my IPad. I was about to give up and send the vacuum back when I found on the Amazon website a support phone number. There is not a good phone number given with the instructions. The support phone number is Amazon not Airbot. The phone number on the instructions is a California phone number and the company has not yet been trained to support this vacuum.
The Amazon person spent about 1/2 hr. working with me to connect the vacuum to the AP. Finally we were successful but it was anything but easy.
Now the vacuum does map my house and cleans great but I am still not able to use the full potential. I was able to separate rooms and rename each so if I want I can clean each room independently. I have not tried it yet.
What is really missing is a good youtube video of how to connect the AP and then how to operate the vacuums different functions. The seller sent me a video about connecting but the size of the pictures are so small it is not useable even though I have a 27 inch monitor. The only videos I have seen just show the vacuum in operation but no good detailed instructions of how to really use the functions through the AP. It is supposedly able to work with Alexa but there is no link or explanation that I can find. I will continue to use the vacuum to clean but I doubt I will use the mop function as there is no explanation about its use. I want to know how to use the mop in rooms that have some carpet and some bare floor. Will I need to mop in a manual mode or does the vacuum know the difference between rugs and floor? It does know when vacuuming because it automatically goes to full power when it detects a rug. I plan to collect a few more questions and call the Amazon support number again and see if I can get vacuum to connect to Alexa and how to use the mop function properly.
Finally, the vacuum is a great value but learning how to operate it is not for the novice. I would be happy with it using it just as vacuum but I like to understand how things work and what functions I can perform.

Maybe if the seller or someone reads this they can produce a good video on the full operation of the AP.

Update: I have had mine now for about 2 months. I really like it and it does a great vacuuming job. A couple of things to note. In the package that comes with the vacuum there is a picture of the AP that runs the vacuum. In the corner of one picture it shows where you can click on Alexa and I assume operate the vacuum with Alexa. In actuality the AP I had does not have this link so I still don''t know how to connect to Alexa. Not big deal but interesting. The other odd thing is my vacuum sometimes comes on automatically at times that are not in my schedule. Strange but not a big deal. I’ve had the Vacuum now for 3 days.

On the initial run it mapped out our home and vacuumed at the same time (see pic attached - kind of looks like the millennial falcon - and yes, we have a round house). As you can see from the pic it avoided our couch (L shaped white space that it can’t go under) and other items sitting on the floor. It’s amazing to see it go around chair legs, bed posts and other things on the floor and map out a path for effective coverage of the whole house. It does remind me somewhat of R2D2 as it spins to go different directions.

I highly recommend you “Reset the map” on the first run. Out of the box mine showed a partial map when I first turned it on and let it dock to charge. If you reset the map it will go out and redraw you floor plan to map out your whole house.

The vacuuming (mopping discussed later) on the T10+ works very well. As I’ve played around with the Suction Level, I settled on Strong, but it still works well even with the Quiet Level. Especially with only hard flooring. I run on Quiet mode in the mornings if the family is not awake yet. The higher the Suction Level the louder the vacuum is, but even on Max I would equate it to slightly less noise than our regular upright vacuum (which we no longer need to use).

One of my dogs sheds and it picks that hair up easily. The rest of the dogs are hypo allergenic so they don’t shed. Still, it does well cleaning up the hair of the one shedder.

From a mopping perspective we have 5 dogs, so we get a lot of muck/slobber/muddy paw prints on the floors. That’s why we don’t have carpet ;) I haven’t had the chance to clean up any mud yet, but will try to post a video when that happens. For the mopping settings I’ve found I need to use the High water setting to get enough water on the floor to mop effectively. But it does a nice job of mopping.

I use the reusable “cloth” mop pad and simply rinse it after each use and let it dry. I have not tried the disposable pads included in the box yet. For my house I have to replace the water one time during a whole house mopping. I forget how big the water tank is, but it’s super easy to fill and pause the Vacuum during the process.

As you can see from another pic it shows my house has 78 square meters of floor space (upstairs level) that needs cleaning and takes it about 90 minutes to do so. The Vacuum doesn’t need to recharge at all during a cleaning cycle.

I have used it a few times to select a single room to clean. That’s a really nice feature.

The circular spots on my house map are where chairs, table legs and bed posts are. The lines you see on the floor plan is the route and vacuum took to clean.

I’ve been careful to secure cords out of the way on the floor so the unit does not get caught up on those. It does try to go straight over them if they not close to a wall. It’s very persistent. I even have a couple of spots where I have floor level transitions of about 1/2 inch and it climbs over those with ease (see video).

I love how with each vacuuming or mopping session the vacuum surveys the home or rooms you are going to clean each time. It does a perimeter check first to set the boundaries for where it will clean. Sometimes I have a dog bed or two laying somewhere and it can avoid it when there, and clean that same spot when it is not there.

I’ve used the remote control a couple of times just to test it out and it is very nice. At one point I used it to have the mop go back and forth on some dried dog slobber and it took a few runs to clean that up. The remote is very easy to use, but I like to just tell it to clean and run on it’s own.

I have not used the Scheduling features yet, but love that it had those as well. It’s also amazing how every time it goes back to the base it automatically empties the cleaned up contents into the main unit bag. I’ll try to remember to update how long I use it before I have to replace the bag.

I know there are additional features I have not use yet and not discussed here, but I really love this vacuum and would highly recommend it. 16 people found this helpful Helpful

1. Set your WIFi to 2.4g on you phone.
2. Join other network SL-xxxx or Smartlife-xxxx. (SL stands for Smartlife)
3. Follow the Tuya app pairing procedure. The vacuum will say it’s pairing and finished up being registered with the Yuya app.
The mapping of each room is outstanding and quality of cleaning(vacuuming) is also outstanding. Don’t use any liquid other than water or it will plug up tubing inside the 2-1 tanks. The AIRBOBO robot can be used either for mopping or vacuuming. With help of AIRROBO customer service the unit is working great and I love how it cleans. One final note, if you have a two story house it will work both the upper or lower levels, you just need to carry the vacuum to the new level. It will start mapping out the new level and show what has been vacuumed. It’s written by a non-English speaking person. The app is not friendly at all. In this age, why can’t the app just walk you along like every other smart product we purchase? Why do you have to read a sheet of paper that has such small writing that non even a magnifying glass will help you.
I’m pretty tech savvy and everything in my house is Alexa enabled. I could spend another hour with Amazon on the phone (like some reviewers mentioned) to get this to work but why? I use the app for Roomba all the time and it’s so simple.

I have an 85lb German Shepherd and this poor robot vacuum was really put to work. If any of you have had a German Shepherd, you know the shedding rating on a scale of 1-10 is an 11. So when I tested this poor machine out, I *really* tested it out. And it did okay for about 5 days. I would run it every night in the main dog areas (about 700 sqft) which only took 44 minutes. It picked up everything, but did struggle when trying to empty the hair into the dock''s bag. Idk if it was the hair or maybe the emptying mechanism just wasn''t very strong, but it would get clogged every time and I would have to manually empty the dust bin (which wasn''t that big of a deal, but it did defeat the purpose of wanting a self-emptying machine). Hair would also get stuck in the wheels and brushes, so I would also have to remove those clogs and tangles every night as well (again, not a big deal since it only took like 7 minutes of my day), but then by the 5th day, the fan had on this poor robot vacuum had completely given up; it really just couldn''t handle it and I sadly had to return it and try a different vacuum.

So my recommendation after my experience: If you are looking for a vacuum that will pick up pet hair, I would probably avoid this product unless your pet is a light shedder, and I do mean *really* light. If you are looking for an inexpensive vacuum to do some light cleaning and dusting around your house + a little mopping, I highly recommend.

So tl;Dr:
Heavy cleaning (7+ on a 1-10 scale) is a no.
Light cleaning (6- on a 1-10 scale) is a yes.

Also note, the English translation is a little strange in the directions and on the app, but the setup and the app both work as intended. You just got to use bottom portion of the "Quick Start" sheet to connect your phone to the app. It really is simple once you get it running and maps your house efficiently. Helpful

Was uns richtig gefällt ist die leichte App-Bedienung, durch die man flexibel NICHT-Saug-Bereich festlegen und den Reinigungsplan hinterlegen kann.
Außerdem besetzt der Saugroboter nicht viel Platz und ist im Vergleich zu einem normalen Staubsauger einfach nicht laut.

Die Saugkraft auf dem Teppich ist sehr stark. Wir haben zwei Katzen zu Hause und die Katzenhaare auf dem Teppich wurden sehr gut ausgesaugt. Meine Katzen interessieren sich auch sehr für diesen Saugroboter und können sogar mitspielen. Das Geräusch ist nicht zu laut, zumindest akzeptierbar. Die Akkuleistung ist sehr beeindruckend, unser Haus ist ca. 130 Quadratmeter groß und der Strom reicht schon für die Reinigung von dem ganzen Haus. Der Saugroboter kann zudem den Raum gut erkennen und intelligent reinigen, mit der Tuya App können wir auf dem Handy den Reinigungsplan anpassen und den Modus auswählen, sogar die Zone für die Reinigung einstellen. Ich mag diese praktische Funktion mit der Fernsteuerung sehr, es ist eine große Erleichterung bei der Hausreinigung. Die Wischfunktion ist auch sehr gut, ich brauche nicht mehr nochmal selbst zu überprüfen, ob irgendwo noch nicht ganz gereinigt wird. Der Saugroboter kann schon sehr sauber wischen. Nach der Reinigung kann er selbst zurück zu dem Dock-Ladegerät kehren und der Staub wird automatisch gesammelt, was sehr praktisch ist.
