Up for awhile with out help. So my husband say for me to buy a new chair with massage and heat etc. I searched and researched then search and researched some more. I decided on this one the price was right and reviews were good. But I was nervous. It came way before it was supposed to and my 19 year old son put it together for me. I am so pleased with this chair I had to write a review and I don’t do this very often. But I needed to let others know about it. I have had it now for 4 days with no issues. If something does happen I will Be sure to post that. The massage is more of a vibration but there are 8 modes and two different intensities. This chair is a must for people with back issues or the elderly. I was a little irritated because, after shipping, it was already a $400 chair. But I relented, packed it back into its two boxes and went to the store to ship it. However… shipping was not $150. It was $969. So even after a return, the chair would be a net $500 loss, more than the cost of the thing.

Another attempt at contact went unanswered. If you buy the chair, hope nothing is wrong with it.
